Wilmington Country Club’s fitness facility offers the latest strength training and cardiovascular equipment.  Our personal trainers are available to support you in achieving your fitness goals.  Begin your regimen with a fitness evaluation to determine your specific needs.  Sessions may be conducted on a one-on-one basis or in a group setting.

Our group exercise studio offers a variety of cardio and strengthening classes that will leave you feeling energized.  Strengthen your core, tone your muscles or increase your flexibility and balance, all while burning calories, with a Boot Camp, Body Sculpt or Hot Yoga class.
